WeLinkTalent was established in 2015 by experienced HR professionals who were seeking to create deep, meaningful partnerships with clients to support their human resource goals with our consultative approach.
Unlike most recruitment agencies, our consultants only work for a few cases at once, providing you with a tailored strategy after understanding your needs.
With over 20 years of cumulative experience in our well-established network, we support your talent acquisition needs, from middle management to your C-level executives.
We believe in protecting your data. WeLinkTalent is proud to be the first recruitment firm being awarded the Data Protection Trustmark (DPTM) by IMDA in Singapore.

CEO and Co-founder
With 16 years in executive search in EMEA and APAC markets, Emmanuel is a versatile and seasoned International Headhunter, working across Board, C-Level, VP and various strategic roles. He is passionate about matching incredible people with incredible opportunities.
Over the years, he has developed a recognised track record in recruitment and built an extensive network of professionals from all over the world.
On top of executive search, Emmanuel has built powerful, elevated HR bases for leading industry corporations and startups. He believes in carefully analysing the metrics, attributes, potential and personality traits to match the right talent to the right organisation.
Emmanuel is a French citizen and holds a master's degree in Management.
Managing Director and Co-founder
With over 15 years of experience as a human resource executive, Nathalie has developed a strong understanding of human resources and extensive experience in managing Human Capital, specialising in Executive Search, Team Structuring, Talent Management, Onboarding and Strategic Human Resources.
Prior to co-founding WeLinkTalent, Nathalie was the Human Resources Director of De Grisogono, an international luxury watchmaker.
Nathalie is a Singaporean PR and Swiss Citizen and holds a master’s degree in Psychology. In addition to recruitment services, Nathalie supports companies and startups with HR operations and talent acquisition strategy.

With over 8 years of recruitment experience under his belt, Keav is a seasoned regional executive search consultant.
He offers years of experience working on search assignments across South-East Asia & Greater China, focusing mainly on the Technology & Financial Services space.
Recruitment Consultant
With more than 20 years of extensive sales, marketing and business development experiences across multi-geographies, Dennis possesses excellent skills in building, coaching and empowering field sales teams and has led teams in various MNCs of different nationalities. Dennis is a Singaporean and holds a Masters's degree in Business Administration from the University of Bath (UK).
Louis Bonhomme
Associate Recruitment Consultant
After discovering recruitment in Paris, Louis is delighted to be supporting our talents and clients in Singapore. While working towards his Master's Degree, Louis creates sourcing strategies and innovative solutions to clients and assists International job seekers, French-speaking expatriates and local talents in their job search and career development within the local market.
Outside of work, Louis is passionate about travelling and the world of film.
Digital Marketing
Working closely with the recruitment team, Kathleen aims to communicate WeLinkTalent's vision to clients and the general audience. She conceptualises and executes media and marketing plans across various channels and develops the brand strategy with the rest of the team.
Kathleen has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and is passionate about connecting the audience to the message.
